Your Information, in One Place
Users can manage their personal details, addresses and profile information from a dedicated personal area, keeping the information needed for their CER journey organised in one place.
Apply and Manage Your Candidacy
The app supports the membership application journey, allowing prospective members to submit their candidacy and return to their personal area to manage its status and related documentation.
Understand Your Community
The CER dashboard brings community energy indicators into view, including energy produced, self-consumed, shared and withdrawn, alongside environmental indicators such as estimated CO₂ savings.
A Smoother Application Process, Powered by Instasign
The membership journey also integrates Instasign, Cyberneid’s electronic-signature technology, allowing applicants to sign the documents required for their CER application directly within the app.
Designed around the needs of the Italian market, the signing flow prioritises electronic signing with the CIE. If users do not have their CIE PIN available, they can use Instasign’s alternative identity verification flow with another supported identity document. Once signing is completed, the signed document is automatically sent to the CER administration platform.
