Legal Recognition
The Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA) in Italy has legal recognition, having among the main references: art. 61 of the Prime Ministerial Decree 22/02/2013 – establishes that the signature affixed using the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) is considered an advanced electronic signature.

After uploading the document, proceed to create your electronic identity. This step is essential to ensure that the signed document is directly associated with you.
The system will verify that the document matches your identity. Once created, your electronic identity will be saved, allowing you to use it repeatedly to sign other documents.
Open and sign the document
You’re ready to sign! Open the document and follow the instructions to apply your electronic signature. With just a few clicks, your document will be officially signed and ready to be sent or archived.
